The Parish Council has completed the refurbishment the play area, replacing 4 pieces of ageing play equipment with new more inclusive pieces with improved safety surfacing; a new adult trim trail has also been installed at the South Road site
At a gathering to celebrate these exciting changes and to mark the completion of the works on Saturday 22 July, local residents Barbara Spiby and Jane Suddens were asked to officially declare the new play equipment ready for use. Barbara and Jane played a key part in raising funds to improve the play area.
