Volunteers from Clifton will be conducting speed checks at various locations around Clifton very soon.

Keep your vehicles secure by locking them and closing windows whenever you leave them. Do not leave anything on display including boxes, envelopes, clothing, Sat Nav brackets etc. etc. etc.
You can receive details of crimes in Clifton by joining the police Community Messaging Service. Be aware of people phoning or leaving messages saying they are from HMRC and that there is a warrant out for your arrest due to failure to pay tax. If this happened to you take a note of the phone number that called you and report the incident to the police on 101 or by calling Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
Also be aware of fake eMails from “British Gas” offering to make refunds etc.
Please remember the MOBILE POLICE STATION is available for you in Lilbourne Rd from 11.00am to 12.00 noon on specific dates. The next one will be on Wednesday 10th October and notices will be placed on the village notice boards.
