Clifton upon Dunsmore Conservation Group

The first meeting of the Conservation Group has been arranged at the TMH on Thursday, 22nd September at 7.30pm.

There are already several projects in the pipeline that will hopefully engage all interests which includes: refurbishing the fencing between the Churchyard and Pocket Park, Pocket Park (details tbc), Refurbishment of the Bier (a Victorian cart used to transport coffins), wild flower bank by the Glebe Allotments, as well as 600 crocuses to be planted.

Whilst this is an opportunity to get involved with some interesting projects, it’s also an opportunity to learn new skills, develop new interests, make new friends and most importantly, to have fun and help to create a parish that is well cared for.

Come along and find out how you can be involved….you can always pop to the pub afterwards and contemplate which activity you want to be involved in!
