Clifton Neighbourhood Watch

At the time of writing there were no reported crimes in our area during the last period.

Theft of sheep continues to be a problem. However, following useful information from the public there have been some arrests. Three men from Birmingham have received prison sentences ranging from two years eleven months to four years four months. Following a separate police operation in Birmingham, three men and two women were detained in connection with sheep theft and sheep slaughter offences in Alcester and Rugby. Please be vigilant and report anything suspicious to the police on 101, or 999 if the crime is in progress.

The MOBILE POLICE STATION has been suspended for the time being.

All households in the village are covered by Clifton NHW so there is no need to apply for membership. However, if you would like to know more or take an active part in Clifton NHW please contact Steve Woodford on 01788 561996 or eMail stevepenny.woodford@btopenworld.com
