Area of Separation

IMPORTANT - Clifton Parish Council wants to hear your views…
RBC has proposed an area of separation in the new Local Plan to ensure Clifton is kept as a village separated via a green buffer from the area of Rugby Town and will prevent development in this area.
Residents need to show support of this policy for it to remain in the new Local Plan.
This is crucial as our support for this will be used by RBC against Rich borough’s planning appeal for the 160 houses on the Land Southeast off Rugby Road which is in this proposed buffer.
If you wish to see the map and further policy details, please visit the Rugby Borough Council website and look at the proposed submission local plan. https://www.rugby.gov.uk/.../5ec2da73-f1b6-9659-9922...
Please complete the survey below and tell the Parish Council your wishes by 20 Feb at the latest - but go on do it now!
